Raised in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Brad brings experience providing strategic communications and political advice and support to clients. He has been actively involved in provincial and federal politics for half a decade, working in the offices of MPs, MLAs, and leaders, gaining hands-on experience in constituency services, legislative support, and political operations.
Brad has contributed to more than a dozen federal and provincial campaigns, taking on senior roles such as campaign manager, co-manager, and data and field lead, including a senior position on the 2022 Nova Scotia Liberal Leadership campaign. His work spans strategic communications, community outreach, policy and platform development, and volunteer coordination—skills he now brings to client engagements at Iris.
Most recently, Brad served as Executive Assistant and Policy Analyst to the Leader of the Opposition in Nova Scotia. He previously worked as Outreach Officer for the Liberal Caucus and held several constituency and campaign support roles at both the federal and provincial levels.
Alongside his public-affairs work, Brad has volunteered and worked with Brigadoon Village. Outside the office, he enjoys travelling, returning home to Yarmouth, and cheering for the Montreal Canadiens.
